Holistic Massage
Holistic massage treats the ‘Whole Person’ - Your Body, Mind & Soul in Unison.
Holistic massage is an ancient method of healing that clears the lymphatic drainage system and releases toxins from the body, as well as relieving mental and emotional stresses & tensions.
By recognizing that illness and stress affects not only our physical but also our emotional, spiritual & mental well-being, we can allow holistic massage to encourage the body's natural healing abilities to come forth & balance the entire body as a whole.
Sports Massage
The primary purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries and lesions occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively. Above all, it can help prevent those niggling injuries that so often get in the way of performance and achievement, whether one is an athlete, ardent keep-fitter or a once a week jogger.
This treatment is not just for the sports person: anyone can benefit from sports massage, including people in physically demanding jobs and those not quite so obvious (occupational, emotional and postural stress may produce many similar characteristics to sports injuries).
Testimonials
“I have had reiki and massage with HTM, they were both lovely and relaxing. The reiki made me feel warm and helped my stomach pain and the massage really loosened up my tight shoulders.”

Aromatherapy

A complementary therapy is something that may be used alongside any medical treatment you might be receiving.Aromatherapy may help to improve both your physical and emotional wellbeing. It’s often used for chronic pain (pain that lasts a long time), anxiety, depression and insomnia.
Reiki
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
